1. Project Initiation & Advance Payments
- All projects require an advance payment (as mutually agreed) before work begins. 
- Advance payments are non-refundable, as they cover resource allocation, planning, and initial work. 
2. Service Cancellations
- Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email. 
- If cancellation is made before work has started, only the advance will be retained and no additional charges will apply. 
- If cancellation is made after project initiation, charges will be applicable for work completed up to the cancellation date. 
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will not be provided for services already delivered, digital assets created, or campaigns executed. 
- In special cases (such as duplicate payment or billing errors), refunds may be processed after verification. 
- Ad spends (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) are non-refundable, as they are directly billed by third-party platforms. 
4. Delivery Timelines
- Project timelines will be communicated in advance. Delays caused due to pending client approvals, content submissions, or unforeseen circumstances will not be eligible for refunds. 
5. Modification & Revisions
- Revisions will be provided as per the agreed scope in the proposal/contract. 
- Additional revisions or modifications beyond the scope will be chargeable and not covered under refunds. 
6. Disputes
- Any disputes related to cancellations or refunds must be raised within 7 working days of service delivery. 
- Disputes will be handled in accordance with Indian laws, under the jurisdiction of Kannur, Kerala courts.
